About the role
Protex AI is building an AI‑driven operating system that makes industrial workplaces safer and smarter. As a Software Engineer on the Computer Vision team, you will create and ship high‑impact features that run on edge devices in client environments.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions within complex distributed systems.
- Plan and execute use‑case implementations while collaborating closely with peers.
- Deploy and monitor features on edge devices deployed at customer sites.
Required profile
- Proficiency in Python and solid experience with C++.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience (non‑internship).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to ship high‑quality products at scale.
- Motivation to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and continuously learn.
- Generalist mindset – comfortable contributing to front‑end or infrastructure when needed.
