About the role

Gaelvert is building a high‑impact software engineering team in Dublin. As a Software Engineer you will design, develop and deliver full‑stack solutions that power our cutting‑edge product development platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, high‑quality code.
• Collaborate with QA, security, product management and other cross‑functional teams.
• Shape strategic road‑maps together with architects and product owners.
• Architect full‑stack solutions using modern technologies and industry best practices.
• Mentor teammates and continuously explore new tools and methodologies.
• Own analysis, design, implementation and end‑to‑end delivery of features.
• Ensure system reliability and stability across environments.
• Research and introduce new tools or processes to improve the platform.
• Streamline workflows, enforce development standards and proactively address potential challenges.

Required profile

• Growth‑oriented mindset with creativity and a passion for knowledge sharing.
• Experience in sports gaming or sports‑related interactive products is a plus.
• Proven full‑cycle software engineering experience (analysis to maintenance).
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Versatility with multiple technologies and a willingness to learn.
• Solid understanding of lean and agile development methodologies.
• Ability to deliver under pressure in fast‑paced environments.
