Solutions Engineer (French)

About the role

Notion is looking for a French‑speaking Solutions Engineer to join its early Solutions Engineering team. You will work closely with the sales organization to help prospective and existing customers understand how Notion can fit into their tech stack and business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales on customer engagements, answering advanced product and technical questions.
• Respond to RFPs, security questionnaires, and other detailed inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle to enable successful deployment and integration of Notion.
• Demonstrate custom solutions that showcase Notion’s ability to support complex workflows and integrated applications.
• Collect and curate structured product feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine technical narratives, blog posts, webinars, and customer‑facing collateral.
• Educate the sales organization on product updates, competitive landscape, and typical customer environments.
• Document technical considerations and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

Required profile

• Early‑stage team member comfortable shaping a new function.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to act as a trusted technical advisor for customers.
• Interest in influencing product direction through customer insights.
