Spa Receptionist

About the role

The Spa Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the Dunboyne Castle Spa and Wellness area. You will ensure a seamless, welcoming experience from booking through to treatment completion, reflecting the holistic and nature‑focused ethos of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in spa guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Manage telephone and online reservations, confirming appointments and handling changes.
• Process payments, issue invoices and maintain accurate cash‑handling records.
• Maintain a tidy, organized reception area and ensure all promotional material is up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate with therapists and other spa staff to optimise the daily schedule.
• Promote spa treatments and retail products, providing information as needed.
• Address guest enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to uphold service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a reception, reservationist or front‑desk role, preferably within a spa or four‑star hotel.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and a genuine passion for wellbeing.
• Fluent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile for guests and colleagues.
