Spanish‑Speaking Customer Representative – Relocate to Greece

About the role

Dyson is looking for a Spanish‑speaking Customer Representative to join its support team. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Greece while delivering top‑quality assistance to Spanish‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support for Dyson products to Spanish‑speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and requests professionally and efficiently.
• Log and manage customer interactions accurately using the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM or similar customer‑service tools.
