Sr. Director, Sales Strategy & Operations

About the role

The Senior Director of EMEA Sales Strategy & Operations will lead the regional sales performance engine for DocuSign. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Partner Strategy, you will act as the primary strategic advisor to the EMEA leadership team, translating global go‑to‑market priorities into actionable, data‑driven workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the GVP of EMEA Sales and cross‑functional leaders (CS, Solution Consulting, XDR, Marketing) to align on strategic priorities.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles, including quota setting, territory design, and resource allocation.
• Own the operating rhythm for EMEA – weekly forecasts, QBRs, OKR reviews, and monthly business reviews.
• Develop executive‑ready presentations and dashboards that highlight performance drivers.
• Deliver advanced analytics and translate complex data into clear executive narratives.
• Champion continuous improvement of GTM data quality, reporting standards, and operational workflows.
• Identify sales productivity bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales Process, Enablement, IT, Finance, RevOps, and Data teams on GTM methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) and systems.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in sales strategy, operations, or revenue enablement.
• Strong track record of managing high‑performing teams in a multinational environment.
• Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic insight.
• Experience influencing senior executives and driving cross‑functional alignment.
