About the role

Join our Stability team as a manager responsible for leading a high‑performing group that ensures product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across stability activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and retain the Stability team, fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
• Manage the Stability budget, ensuring financial compliance and accountability.
• Oversee stability testing, capacity planning, and chamber management.
• Direct stability‑related investigations, meeting all regulatory notifications and timelines.
• Drive compliance with company policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication using operational‑excellence tools such as daily management and leader standard work.
• Monitor metrics and support the Stability Program Management team to meet site Hoshin objectives.
• Provide training and development opportunities for technical and professional growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external laboratories to meet testing requirements and timelines.
• Lead Lab Transformation initiatives to optimise, standardise, and digitise stability processes.
• Champion continuous‑improvement projects, including lean, standardised work, and knowledge‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated people‑management experience.
• Experience with stability programs and related regulatory environments.
