About the role

The Staff Nurse will deliver high‑quality patient care within a hospital setting, following established policies and nursing standards. This role is ideal for early‑career nurses (0‑3 years) who are eager to develop clinical expertise in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Monitor, record, and report patient symptoms or condition changes to physicians or charge nurses.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency interventions.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records.
• Implement infection‑control practices and uphold hygiene standards.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medication use, and health conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and perform life‑saving interventions when needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Required profile

• GNM or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the State/Indian Nursing Council; registration with Delhi Nursing Council if applicable.
• 0–3 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical observation abilities and knowledge of hospital safety and infection‑control standards.
