Staff Nurse – Disability & Home Care (Wicklow)

About the role

Serenity Care is looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to join its team in County Wicklow. The role involves delivering person‑centred nursing care to clients with disabilities in residential settings, home care and the wider community, helping them live safely and confidently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, person‑centred nursing care in disability, residential and home environments.
• Assess client needs, develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor health status, administer medication and record observations.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary professionals to coordinate care.
• Travel to community and home visits, supporting flexible outreach as required.
• Uphold professional standards, infection control, safeguarding and support care staff in quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse, based in Ireland.
• Experience in disability, residential or home‑care services.
• Valid full driving licence.
