Staff Product Designer, Design Systems

About the role

Deel is looking for a Staff Product Designer to own and evolve its Design System. You will work at the intersection of craft excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic impact, helping product teams deliver consistent, accessible, and scalable experiences across web and mobile products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the evolution, documentation, and adoption of Deel’s design system.
• Maintain and improve the quality, consistency, and scalability of UI components and patterns.
• Ensure the system follows accessibility, localization, and responsiveness best practices.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to embed the design system into all product workflows.

Required profile

• Passionate and highly experienced product designer with a focus on design systems.
• Proven ability to drive system adoption across multiple product teams.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile design constraints.
