Staff Product Engineer

About the role

Solidroad is expanding its Dublin engineering hub and seeks a Staff Product Engineer to lead technical delivery for EMEA customers. You will own critical product areas, shape architecture, and work closely with customers to turn complex problems into shippable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce architecture, reliability, and performance standards for the Dublin team.
• Build and mentor a small engineering pod, hiring and developing talent.
• Collaborate directly with EMEA customers to translate high‑leverage issues into product features and measure outcomes.
• Own end‑to‑end systems including data‑retrieval pipelines (Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce), LLM evaluation and generation flows, real‑time scoring and analytics, and responsive UIs built with Next.js/React.
• Partner with product, design, and GTM teams in both San Francisco and Dublin to align decisions and accelerate delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical teams and setting high engineering standards.
• Strong customer‑facing skills, able to gather requirements and validate metrics.
• Track record of shipping complex, full‑stack products at scale.
• Ability to mentor engineers and foster a high‑trust, feedback‑rich culture.
