About the role
Join Aldi’s Castletroy store as a Stock Assistant. You’ll be at the heart of the shop, handling deliveries, stocking shelves and helping customers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
- Stock shelves quickly and present products to look their best.
- Check deliveries and product quality, removing items that don’t meet Aldi standards.
Required profile
- Friendly, approachable and ready to support customers and the team.
- Reliable, flexible and able to work at pace in a fast‑moving environment.
- Retail experience is a plus but not essential – attitude matters most.
