As a Stock Assistant at Aldi in Tralee, you will be at the heart of the store, ensuring that deliveries are received, shelves are stocked, and customers enjoy a welcoming environment. Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service on the shop floor.
• Stock shelves quickly, arranging products to look their best.
• Check deliveries for quality and remove items that do not meet Aldi standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Required profile

• Approachable and ready to support both customers and teammates.
• Comfortable working at a fast pace to keep shelves fully stocked.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to adopt a can‑do attitude.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential; attitude matters most.
