Stockroom Controller

About the role

Avoca is seeking a Stockroom Controller for its Dunboyne store in Co. Meath. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring the stockroom runs smoothly in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Control stock using the EPOS system
• Perform regular stock counts and cycle counts
• Handle goods inwards and outwards
• Maintain a clean and organised stockroom
• Rotate stock and conduct date checks
• Carry out ad‑hoc duties as directed by the manager

Required profile

• Experience working in a team within a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment
• Excellent time‑keeping and reliability
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of cycle counting and full stock takes
• Attention to detail and adherence to high service standards
• Manual handling awareness is desirable
