Store Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are looking for an authentic leader to head our Henry Street store in the heart of Dublin city centre. You will inspire a team to deliver exceptional, personalised experiences to every customer while driving sales and store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coach a team of retail professionals.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences that reflect our luxury brand values.
• Drive sales, meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Maximise store performance through commercial insight and opportunistic selling.
• Uphold core values of respect, care, trust and teamwork.
• Share knowledge and foster behavioural change to develop staff.

Required profile

• Proven store management experience in a specialist luxury retail environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Commercially minded with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Confidence to influence and develop team members.
