Store Manager – Retail (Killarney)

About the role

Gino's Gelato is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its popular Killarney location. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast‑growing gelato chain.

Key responsibilities

• Overall performance and day‑to‑day running of the store.
• Achieve agreed KPIs covering sales, stock control, wage costs, rostering and secret shopper results.
• Maintain a culture of excellent customer service and high store standards.
• Plan, prioritize and delegate workloads effectively.
• Recruit, schedule, train and manage the performance of the team.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation among staff.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Oversee effective product display and visual merchandising.

Required profile

• Previous retail store management experience, preferably in food service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a drive for fresh ideas.
• Effective leadership and motivation skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and improve.
• Local residence preferred.

• Attractive base salary €33,500 – €36,400 per annum.
