Store Stock Operator (Part‑time)

About the role

As a Store Stock Operator at Levi Strauss & Co. in Kildare you will act as the vital link between the stockroom and the shop floor. Working closely with the Store Manager and Stock Manager you will help maintain product availability, support the sales team and ensure an excellent shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily sales data and key performance indicators to identify replenishment opportunities.
• Execute accurate and efficient stock replenishment on the shop floor each day.
• Train store associates on stock‑management guidelines and standards.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, assorted and tagged both on the floor and in the stockroom.
• Organise and maintain the stockroom to keep inventory tidy and accessible.
• Provide on‑floor support to the sales team as needed.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Relevant experience in retail stock operations.
• Ability to think strategically, adapt quickly and drive change.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective both as a team player and when working independently.
