Store Supervisor (Evening & Weekends)

About the role

WHSmith is seeking an enthusiastic Store Supervisor to lead the evening and weekend shift at its Shannon Airport store. You will be responsible for the smooth daily operation of the store, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience and a motivated team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all store activities during evening and weekend shifts, including opening, closing, and cash handling.
• Deliver excellent customer service, respond to feedback, and drive sales targets.
• Conduct legal, food‑safety, and compliance checks each day.
• Monitor performance dashboards, receipts, and transaction data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Raise and track issues via the internal feedback system.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment and mentor new starters.
