Store Supervisor

About the role

As a Store Supervisor you will lead a team to ensure the shop runs smoothly and delivers an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for motivating staff, organising daily operations and upholding the Centra brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, embodying the brand values of being proud, energetic, imaginative and community‑focused.
• Maintain store standards for product rotation, merchandising and presentation.
• Support and train team members, including induction and ongoing development.
• Handle customer enquiries promptly and in line with store policy.
• Drive new initiatives and adopt innovative ways of working.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to delegate and support colleagues.
• Comfortable multitasking under pressure.
