Store Supervisor

About the role

The Store Supervisor will lead a team in a busy Centra store, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an excellent customer experience. This role combines people management with hands‑on store duties to maintain high standards of service, merchandising and store presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and manage the store team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Maintain store standards for product rotation, merchandising and facing.
• Assist with induction, training and ongoing development of staff.
• Handle customer queries promptly and in line with store policies.
• Promote and live Centra’s brand values: Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community‑Based.
• Support new initiatives and adopt innovative ways of working.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to delegate and multitask under pressure.
