Store Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join the Vans team at Kildare Village, Ireland. In this entry‑level management position you will act as the bridge between store management and sales associates, helping to drive sales, profitability and an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving sales targets and profitability.
• Coach, motivate and develop sales associates to deliver high‑level customer service.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Monitor store KPIs and contribute to meeting or exceeding them.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, taking responsibility for store security and cash handling.

Required profile

• Strong passion for interacting with customers and creating a fun, supportive team environment.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle, with exposure to store opening/closing duties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
• Alignment with Vans’ guiding principles: integrity, courage, curiosity, empathy and perseverance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
