About the role
We are looking for a Store Supervisor to lead and motivate a retail team in our Cobh location. You will ensure the store runs efficiently while delivering an excellent customer service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Live the Centra brand values of being Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community‑Based.
- Act as an approachable role model, fostering teamwork and a positive workplace attitude.
- Set standards for rotation, merchandising and product facing.
- Assist with induction, training and development of staff.
- Handle customer queries professionally and in line with store policy.
- Embrace new initiatives and ways of working.
Required profile
- At least 2 years experience in a customer‑facing role (desired).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a fast‑paced team and multitask under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills, including delegating responsibilities and supporting team members.
