Strategic Supplier OUS Support

About the role

The Strategic Supplier OUS Support role enables strong, compliant, and value‑driven supplier partnerships for Engineering & Property Services outside the United States. Working from Ringaskiddy, Cork, the position collaborates with regional teams, global category leaders and key suppliers to drive operational excellence across a diverse international footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of strategic supplier and category strategies for Engineering & Property Services across OUS regions.
• Partner with regional stakeholders to manage supplier performance, service‑level adherence and issue resolution.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, governance and compliance activities in line with Johnson & Johnson policies.
• Assist with contract lifecycle management, including implementation, renewals and change management.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost‑efficiency initiatives across the international footprint.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in supplier management, facilities services or real‑estate procurement.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with regional teams and global category leaders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
