Strategy & Operations Manager

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join its Product Operations team. The role will drive high‑impact initiatives, optimise processes and support global growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise scalable processes to sustain hyper‑growth.
• Lead and execute core infrastructure projects.
• Prioritise team projects, set timelines and deliver goals quickly.
• Develop new product features that enhance the customer experience.
• Manage critical vendor relationships and create performance tracking systems.
• Develop strategic supply‑chain partnerships and negotiate commercial terms.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a fast‑paced environment, preferably fintech or banking.
• Experience launching banking products.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to lead complex projects.
• Ability to break complex problems into manageable tasks.
• Curiosity and desire to make an impact in the financial industry.

Required skills

• Hands‑on coding experience with SQL.
• Hands‑on coding experience with Python.
