Subway Restaurant Manager

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Subway Manager to lead the daily operations of our Subway outlet within SPAR Ballyfermot. You will ensure a high‑quality customer experience while managing a dedicated team.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, train, schedule and evaluate all Subway staff members.
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness and exceptional customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies and control food costs to maximise profitability.
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to boost sales and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries, comments and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all Subway brand standards, policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Motivated individual with proven experience in the food‑service industry.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
