About the role
The Store Supervisor will lead a team to ensure the Centra store in Tubbercurry operates efficiently and delivers an excellent customer service experience at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Live Centra brand values – Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community‑Based – in daily actions.
- Be an approachable role model who encourages teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Set standards for product rotation, merchandising and facing.
- Assist with induction, training and development of employees.
- Handle all customer queries promptly, professionally and in line with store policy.
- Engage with new initiatives and adopt new ways of working.
Required profile
- Desirable minimum of 2 years experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a fast‑paced team and multitask under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills, capable of delegating responsibilities and supporting team members.
