Supply Chain AI & Automation Analyst

About the role

Extreme Networks is looking for a Supply Chain AI & Automation Analyst to join its Global Operations team. You will transform complex operational data into actionable insights, driving automation and decision‑making across the company’s supply chain and order management functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with supply‑chain stakeholders to define problems and create measurable, automated workstreams.
• Design, build, and maintain Python/SQL/Snowflake data models, dashboards, and self‑service analytics for global operations.
• Operationalize AI and agent‑based solutions to automate recurring analyses and augment decision support.
• Apply statistical methods to guide data‑driven decisions and monitor key performance indicators.
• Manage projects end‑to‑end, from scoping and data discovery to validation and rollout.
• Translate analytical findings into clear narratives for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Improve data quality, documentation, and analytical standards across the team.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, or a comparable quantitative role delivering commercial outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead a full‑cycle analytical project in a professional setting.
• Comfortable presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
