Supply Chain Coordinator (Procurement & Supply Chain)

About the role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team in Bray. You will ensure that materials and products are delivered on time, at the best value, and that our inventory remains optimised in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, review and manage purchase orders, confirming quantities, pricing and delivery dates.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and resolve delivery issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively replenish stock to avoid shortages.
• Investigate and resolve dispatch problems such as missing or delayed deliveries.
• Track supplier deliveries, follow up on overdue orders and provide accurate updates.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse and finance teams to ensure efficient supply chain flow and accurate stock records.
• Identify and implement improvements to purchasing processes and supplier performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of procurement or purchasing experience in a manufacturing, distribution, engineering or technical setting.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with confidence to build supplier relationships.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach.

Required skills

• Sage ERP system (experience advantageous).
• General ERP usage for purchasing.

What we offer

• Competitive salary €38,000 – €55,000 DOE.
• Full‑time permanent contract, Monday‑Friday standard business hours.
