Supply Chain Manager

About the role

PetSafe Brands is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead and develop its regional supply chain team in Dundalk. You will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies that support business growth, customer service, cost optimisation and inventory targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage the regional supply chain team to achieve organisational objectives.
• Establish and execute supply chain strategies aligned with growth and cost‑optimisation goals.
• Define department goals, KPIs and performance metrics.
• Act as the escalation point for critical supply chain, inventory, logistics and fulfilment issues.
• Coach and develop team members through succession planning and employee development.
• Oversee demand planning, supply planning, inventory management and replenishment activities.
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align forecast, supply, inventory and financial plans.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, product availability, inventory levels and service performance.
• Drive initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory while maintaining service targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a supply chain team.
• Strong background in demand planning, supply planning and inventory management.
• Experience managing S&OP processes and aligning cross‑functional plans.
• Ability to define and track KPIs and performance metrics.
• Capability to act as an escalation point for critical supply chain issues.
