Supply Chain Operations Associate – 18‑Month Contract

About the role

This 18‑month contract role supports global external manufacturing operations within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing and external partners to ensure continuous product supply for clinical programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ERP activities that support external manufacturing sites.
• Monitor and control inventory levels of materials, drug products, finished goods and components at contract manufacturers.
• Coordinate purchase orders, invoice processing and supplier interactions.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, including documentation and logistics coordination.
• Lead monthly inventory reconciliation and support audit activities.
• Maintain reference standard and stability sample supply.
• Update planning and GMP production master data to ensure system accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal functions and external partners to resolve supply issues and drive operational excellence.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Quality or a related function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
