Supply Chain Operations Associate – Global External Supply Chain

About the role

PSC Biotech is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Associate to join its Global External Supply Chain (GEO) team. The role supports contract manufacturing operations for clinical drug products, coordinating material and product flows between CMOs and internal functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ERP activities for CMO production and monitor inventory levels of drug substance, drug product, finished goods and components.
• Generate and coordinate purchase orders and invoices.
• Handle shipment documentation, inbound/outbound logistics, bulk packs and sample shipments.
• Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation and act as primary contact for inventory audits.
• Coordinate reference standard supply and annual stability samples with CMOs.
• Maintain Tier 2 master data for planning and GMP production recipes, quality parameters, dispensing rules and routings.

Required profile

• Experience working in supply chain or logistics within the pharmaceutical/biotech sector.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Quality, MSAT and external CMOs.
• Familiarity with GMP production environments and regulatory requirements.
