Supply Chain Program Assistant – 1 Year Rolling Contract

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Program Assistant to support its logistics operations in Dublin. This agency‑worker position is offered on a one‑year rolling contract and involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Track weekly to‑do items, resolve discrepancies, and help the team meet deadlines.
• Monitor delivery status and ensure timely proof‑of‑delivery (POD) returns.
• Support the achievement of supply‑chain KPIs, inventory management, and system operations.
• Perform on‑site or warehouse tasks as required.
• Manage DOA processes and offset loan contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Management (minimum 2.1 grade).
• Strong English communication skills; Mandarin is a plus.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure.
• Result‑driven mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Full Irish driving licence is advantageous.
