Support Pharmacist (4 days/week)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Support Pharmacist to join our community‑based pharmacy group across Dublin, Meath, Laois and Wicklow. The role involves supporting pharmacy supervision, managing dispensary tasks and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in supervising pharmacy operations, including staff management, stock control and housekeeping.
• Manage dispensary tasks and ensure compliance with PSI legislation and dispensing practices.
• Support dispensary staff and colleagues across branches as needed.
• Mentor and guide less experienced pharmacy personnel.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years relevant pharmacy experience in Ireland.
• PSI registration (mandatory).
• Full driving licence and flexibility to work alternate weekends.
• Customer‑focused, compassionate and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
