Support Pharmacist – Stillorgan

About the role

We are seeking a Support Pharmacist to join our Allcare store in Stillorgan. Working 45 hours per week across extended opening hours, you will play a key part in ensuring the dispensary runs smoothly and delivers high‑quality pharmacy services to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the dispensary, including prescription processing and customer service.
• Manage all aspects of stock control – purchasing, ordering, merchandising, date‑checking and stock‑taking.
• Ensure strict compliance with controlled‑drugs regulations and maintain pharmacy presentation standards.
• Drive business growth within the dispensary and support overall store performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and foster a positive team environment.

Required profile

• Registered with PSI and holding a degree in Pharmacy.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and take initiative.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work well with diverse personalities.
• Commitment to delivering high standards of customer service.

Required skills

• Pharmacy dispensing and medication safety.
• Stock management and inventory control.
• Knowledge of controlled‑substance regulations.
