Systems Administrator - Bond

About the role

Primeline Group, Ireland’s largest independent logistics, sales and marketing provider, is looking for a Logistics & Transport Administrator to support daily transport and customer service operations at its Ashbourne site. The role involves processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth interaction between customers, transport teams and warehouse staff.

Key responsibilities

• Download and process customer orders, compile route plans and prepare delivery documentation.
• Review depot reports, investigate and resolve delivery issues such as short deliveries, non‑deliveries, damaged or incorrect goods.
• Scan and confirm proofs of delivery and communicate resolutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Book stock into Goods In, manage keg return reporting and support warehouse and transport operations as needed.
• Produce and monitor operational reports including On‑Time‑In‑Full (OTIF), pick accuracy and storage pallet performance.
• Maintain accurate records, support ad‑hoc projects and ensure compliance with company processes.

• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid IT skills for handling logistics systems.
