Systems Software Engineer – Sensors (UX Frontend Focus)

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Software Engineer focused on UX frontend for sensor technologies. The role involves developing software tools and intuitive user interfaces that support sensor research, development and validation across smartphones, automotive, XR/AR, IoT and other consumer devices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software tools and dashboards using MATLAB, Python and C++.
• Design and implement UI components following MVC, event‑driven and component‑based patterns.
• Integrate frontend interfaces with backend data processing services and manage inter‑language data exchange.
• Perform unit and system testing using frameworks such as Google Test.
• Collaborate with systems, software, integration and test engineers within the Sensors team.
• Assist in SOC hardware model design and contribute to technology demonstrations and customer interactions.

Required profile

• Strong experience in C++, MATLAB and Python for tool development and UI implementation.
• Familiarity with object‑oriented programming and modern software design patterns.
• Understanding of SOC architectures, CPUs/GPUs/NPUs and experience with RTOS or device driver modification.
• Ability to balance performance, memory, power and computational complexity trade‑offs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
