Taco Bell Manager – Front‑line Operations

About the role

As a Taco Bell Manager you will be a key part of the front‑line operations at an Applegreen location, responsible for delivering excellent food, service and a welcoming environment for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Taco Bell outlet, ensuring compliance with company standards for food preparation, cooking, cleanliness and customer service.
• Lead, recruit, train, schedule and manage a team of colleagues, handling performance management.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and restaurant cleanliness and ensure compliance with health‑and‑safety and sanitation regulations.
• Drive sales forward and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar restaurant or fast‑food management role.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Enjoys fast‑paced environments and is willing to learn and adapt to new tasks.
