Talent Account Executive – Talent Solutions (French)

About the role

LinkedIn is looking for a Talent Account Executive to join its Talent Solutions team in Dublin. The role focuses on generating new business and expanding existing relationships by selling recruitment‑focused technology solutions to French‑speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect relentlessly to build a robust pipeline and develop strong relationships with prospects.
• Create reliable forecasts and maintain full transparency with management on pipeline status.
• Close new business consistently at or above quota.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan, sharing competitive insights with the team.
• Invest in colleagues by providing coaching and best‑practice guidance.
• Gather market feedback and relay insights to product and marketing teams.
• Proactively solve problems beyond the immediate scope and take on emerging initiatives.
• Seek leadership opportunities that support broader company objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Experience in recruiting, HR software, or SaaS sales is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, forecasting, and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
