Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist

About the role

Celsius Holdings is seeking a Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist to support the growth of its International Markets. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment, ensure a great candidate experience, and provide generalist HR support across assigned markets or functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to define headcount needs, role requirements, and resourcing plans.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: job intake, advertising, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback, offers, and candidate communications.
• Create clear job descriptions, person specifications, interview guides, and selection criteria aligned with business needs and Celsius values.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority functions, recurring roles, and future growth.
• Advise and coach hiring managers on fair, consistent, and effective selection methods.
• Ensure timely progression of candidates, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, ATS data, offer documentation, and interview feedback in line with internal processes and local requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate offer letters, contracts, onboarding requirements, and pre‑employment checks.

Required profile

• Strong partnership mindset with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Ability to coach managers on selection best practices and compliance.
• Detail‑oriented approach to recruitment documentation and data integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for managing recruitment data.
