Talent Acquisition Consultant – Early Careers & Full Cycle Recruiter

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global tech brand in Dublin to source experienced recruiters for two 6‑month contract positions. One role focuses on early‑career talent – managing internships, apprenticeships and graduate programmes – while the other is a full‑cycle recruiter handling sales and customer‑success hiring across the tech sector.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end management of the recruitment process for assigned talent pools.
• Source, engage and assess candidates, including passive talent and senior executives.
• Coordinate interviews, provide feedback and drive offers to closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Track metrics and ensure compliance with the company’s ATS.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years (early‑career role) or 4 years (full‑cycle role) of recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to manage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in early‑career/graduate recruitment is a plus for the first role.
• Demonstrated success in full‑cycle, sales or customer‑success hiring for the second role.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Strong passive sourcing and cold‑outreach techniques.
• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Familiarity with AI tools for recruitment (advantage).
