Talent Acquisition Coordinator – FTC

About the role

KKR is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its global Talent Acquisition team on a fixed‑term basis. You will support recruiters and business stakeholders by managing the end‑to‑end interview process and ensuring a seamless, high‑touch candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of candidate interviews across multiple time zones, handling scheduling, logistics, communications and feedback tracking.
• Facilitate onsite Super Days, case studies and assessments with meticulous attention to detail.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a white‑glove experience that reflects KKR’s culture.
• Maintain candidate data integrity in Greenhouse and other project‑management tools.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement scalable, tech‑enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with global team members to ensure consistency in best practices and candidate experience.
• Support ad‑hoc projects such as pipeline management, employer branding, diversity recruiting, and campus or experienced‑hire events.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination or related roles, preferably in a fast‑paced corporate or financial services environment.
• Strong project‑management and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across global teams.

Required skills

• Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems.
