Talent Acquisition & MWL Assistant (Maternity Cover)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition and MWL Assistant to cover a maternity leave within Aramark Ireland. The role will support recruitment and onboarding for key sites, ensuring staffing targets are met and top talent is secured.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the overall recruiting strategy for assigned accounts.
• Consult with managers to define staffing needs and job objectives.
• Write and post job descriptions on career sites, university boards and other channels.
• Source candidates using databases, social media and other tools.
• Screen CVs and cover letters, providing shortlists to hiring managers.
• Support interview preparation, conduct interviews where required and maintain interview records.
• Contact new hires, organise onboarding sessions and prepare required paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment legislation, including right‑to‑work documentation.
• Attend job fairs and career events to promote the employer brand.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiting coordinator or recruiter.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices and selection processes.
• Familiarity with structured, competency‑based and behavioural interview techniques.

Required skills

• SAP SuccessFactors (or similar HR system such as Workday).
• Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience using social media platforms for recruitment, especially Indeed.
