Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Storm Technology, part of the Littlefish Group, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its HR team. You will act as a strategic partner to the business, shaping how we attract, engage and hire top talent across Ireland and the UK, with a particular focus on specialist Microsoft roles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes from role definition through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs and provide practical guidance.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, influencing hiring decisions.
• Identify and secure high‑quality candidates in competitive markets.
• Develop talent pipelines using market insight, networks and data.
• Deliver a consistent, high‑quality candidate and hiring manager experience at every stage.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS, ensuring governance and reporting standards.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, quality of hire and cost effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within technology or Microsoft‑focused environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving, hybrid setting.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
