Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join Perrigo’s Global TA team. In this role you will partner with business leaders worldwide to attract and hire top talent across functions such as Operations, Marketing, Sales, Scientific Affairs, Supply Chain and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with global hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand talent needs and market trends.
• Provide data‑driven insights on commercial, competitor and hiring landscape.
• Champion the “One Perrigo Hiring” process and ensure consistent recruitment practices.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, social media, job boards and professional networks.
• Build and maintain talent pools for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Shortlist, pre‑screen and coordinate interview schedules for candidates.
• Manage candidate expectations and deliver an exceptional end‑to‑end recruitment experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a global or multi‑disciplinary environment.
• Curious, adaptable and comfortable working with change and technology.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable hiring strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
