Talent Acquisition Partner – Operations Hiring

About the role

Dwelly is a fast‑growing AI‑enabled lettings and property‑management platform looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to own hiring for its core operational functions. You will act as a strategic partner to founders and senior leaders, shaping hiring strategy and building the operational backbone as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for operations roles (kick‑off, interview, offer, close).
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role scope, candidate profiles and hiring strategy.
• Build high‑quality pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals and creative approaches.
• Ensure a fast, structured interview process with clear ownership, rapid feedback and strong candidate experience.
• Act as a strategic advisor, challenging assumptions, calibrating candidates and influencing hiring decisions.
• Maintain ATS discipline in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate data and structured evaluation.
• Contribute to talent branding and market positioning for operations roles.

Required profile

• 4–8+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or hybrid agency/in‑house.
• Strong business‑partnering mindset with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• High ownership, accountability and ability to close roles efficiently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Data‑driven approach to pipeline management and hiring quality.

Required skills

• Greenhouse (ATS) proficiency.
