Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our Employee Success team in Dublin. Working in a hybrid setting, you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for our Customer Success and Sales groups, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience and delivering top talent to the business.

Key responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and hire professionals across multiple roles within the organization.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
• Partner closely with sales leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Engage passive candidates through networking, outreach, and market mapping.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to support hiring and onboarding.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
• Support global recruiting initiatives and hiring programs.

Required profile

• 4+ years of recruitment experience (agency and/or in‑house).
• Proven ability to source and hire passive candidates.
• Strong understanding of technology markets.
• Excellent communication of role value propositions to candidates.
• Experience with cold calling and relationship building.
• Strong stakeholder management, including senior hiring managers and executives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Experience using ATS/TMS tools.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven recruitment technologies.
