About the role
UPMC Ireland is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join its HR Shared Service Centre in Kilkenny. The role will support recruitment across all UPMC locations, focusing on direct hiring and improving the candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with internal hiring managers to manage full‑cycle recruitment.
- Source candidates domestically and internationally via professional networks, social media, Cornerstone HR Direct, and external agencies.
- Promote vacancies to attract diverse talent pools.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews and assess cultural fit.
- Drive the offer process in collaboration with hiring managers, compensation, and HR teams.
- Represent UPMC at job fairs and recruiting events.
- Support talent management initiatives and employee onboarding.
- Coordinate global mobility, relocation and overseas talent sourcing.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the health sector.
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with solid analytical capabilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Degree or master’s in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
- Chartered CIPD membership is an advantage.
