Talent Acquisition Recruiter – MedTech

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will drive end‑to‑end hiring for DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson MedTech business, supporting growth across the region. You will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a high‑quality, inclusive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, priorities and timelines.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, internal databases and social platforms.
• Conduct screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and report recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local labour laws and data‑privacy regulations.
• Utilise recruiting technologies and digital tools to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Analyse market insights and talent trends to advise hiring managers and HR partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment in a corporate or MedTech environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative advisory skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to track and interpret recruitment metrics.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and data‑privacy standards.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting digital tools.
