Talent Acquisition Specialist – Dublin

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will support the company’s growth by identifying and attracting top talent for its engineering and construction projects. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns for multiple roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and agency partners.
• Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience throughout screening, interviewing and selection.
• Coordinate interview schedules and support offer negotiations.
• Track recruitment activity, analyse hiring metrics and continuously improve processes.
• Represent the organisation at recruitment events and build pipelines of future talent.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Ability to manage several vacancies simultaneously while maintaining service quality.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Agency recruitment experience in the construction & property sector is highly desirable.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to think strategically about talent pipelines.
