Talent Acquisition Specialist, EMEA – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Clio’s Talent Acquisition team is expanding and seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the EMEA hub on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract in Dublin. You will play a critical part in accelerating the company’s growth across the region by designing and executing innovative talent‑acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with EMEA teams such as Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process, managing a robust candidate pipeline for strategic roles in Ireland and the wider EMEA area.
• Partner with business leaders to align hiring plans, meet quarterly hiring targets and deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience.
• Develop creative approaches to attract both active and passive talent, ensuring alignment with Clio’s mission, values and vision.
• Introduce innovative recruiting practices and contribute to continuous improvement of the function.
• Represent Clio with professionalism, integrity and authenticity throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high‑growth, high‑velocity environment.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding hiring targets for strategic and complex roles.
• Strong ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering a seamless candidate experience.
